Rebecca graduated from Norwich University of the Arts in 2019 with a first-class honours degree in Textile Design. Since then, she has been involved with trade shows and exhibitions such as New Designers and The Magistrates Association: 100 Years of Justice.
From working in the creative industries, Rebecca found that she cared the most about the artistic ideas behind designing and wanted to create her brand that focused on work that considered an inspiration, whilst singing to its environment.
My work is a blend of painted and printed experiments that lead to composed designs for woven cloth. Having this way of creating a collection means that one cannot be found without another, so the pieces always harmonise despite the mediums being so different.
I strongly believe textiles and art can make a positive impact on people. That is why I keep a concept to all my works, to connect me back to my ideas and keep a sense of meaning to my work.
